Join the Ybor City Museum Society for the sixth annual Buildings Alive! Ybor City Architecture Hop for behind-the-scenes tours of five significant buildings that trace Cuba's role in shaping Tampa's cultural heritage.

Hoppers will ride rubber-wheeled trolleys or walk from stop to stop, take unique tours of each location, and sample fantastic foods and drinks along the way! Tours of each building are given throughout the night so Buildings Alive! attendees can experience the hop at their own pace. Begin with check-in and the Send-Off Party in the Garden of the Ybor City Museum State Park.

This year's hop features

- El Centro Asturiano de Tampa
- Florida Cane Distillery, housed in the El Encanto Building
- Don Vicente, once the Gonzalez Clinic
- Swope Rodante Law Fim, housed in the former Florida Brewery
- Oliva Building, which is currently undergoing rehabilitation

You won't want to miss these new activities!

- A visit to the construction site of a historic factory that is in the process of rehabilitation and repurposing
- Artist Sheryl Oring will be at the Send-Off Party to capture your stories about the Tampa Bay Area, and she will then be adapting those stories into a permanent art installation at the Tampa International Airport
